Joey Bada$$ is about to return to the music scene in full force, as the rapper has revealed that his second album, 2000, will be released on June 17. This year marks the 10-year anniversary of the publication of his breakout mixtape, 1999, as well as the release of the Brooklynite's first album in more than five years. Joey disclosed the album title and release date in a social media post, along with an accompanying teaser for the project, which features a preview of a previously unheard song from the rapper.
